I started with one super habit – Voracious Reading. This Habit powered my initial life and I managed to crack through the toughest exams on Earth – the IIT and IIM entrance exams. But then as middle age hit, I grew over-weight and some of my aspirations were left gathering dust.

Spurred by my Voracious reading habit, I had an inspiration to write a book on Wisdom of Life. As I started writing this book, I was forced to take a very close look at my own life. I started identifying the gaps in my life and started filling them one by one. In doing so I discovered the secret magic of Mind-Body Hacking techniques to change my lifestyle habits. Once mastered, these habit changes have made my life much easier and joyful!

I am now extremely comfortable in jumping into Philosophy, Psychology, Personality Science, Health Science, Relationship Science, Habits Science, Work and Time Management Science, Finance, Investment and much much more.

My secret of learning is that when I become curious about a topic – I attack it from all angles. I search for expert books on the topic, I go through reviews by people, I go through live discussions on the topic in forums like Reddit and Facebook and finally I apply the knowledge on myself and my inner circle of friends.
